1. No Returns or Refunds (General)
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size or color selected by the customer
- Delay in delivery due to courier or logistics issues
- Product not meeting subjective expectations (e.g., color slightly differs due to screen resolution)
2. Accepted Returns – Limited Conditions
Returns or replacements are only accepted under the following circumstances:
- Damaged Product Received
- Wrong/Mismatched Product Delivered
- Missing Item in the Package
If your order meets any of the above conditions, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with clear images or video as proof.
3. How to Report an Issue
To raise a return request for an eligible issue, please follow these steps:

- Mention your Order ID and describe the issue
- Attach clear images or video evidence of the damaged, mismatched, or missing product
- Contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving the item
Once verified, we will arrange for a return pickup or provide an alternative solution at our discretion.
4. Conditions for Acceptance
For any return to be accepted, the product must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- With original tags, packaging, and invoice
- Accompanied by photographic or video proof as requested
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
5. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
- If the returned item is not replaceable or out of stock
- If cancellation is approved before dispatch (rare cases)
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
